“I have recently attended a training with Dee Brodie, Excel Coaching. I found it very useful as we looked at areas of our work from different perspectives. Most interesting was techniques used to demonstrate how powerful tone and posture can be in either resolving or aggravating the situation.
The course gave me a greater understanding of the importance of listening and looking at each scenario big or small in the same light. It has given me more confidence when dealing with customer issues and I would without hesitation use Excel Coaching for future training requirements.”

“Having been fairly cynical about how a “Life Coach” could help us within the Agency we were skeptical when the Managing Director told us we were going to have a session that would benefit us in dealing with clients on both sides of the selling process.
We were, however, very pleasantly surprised at how beneficial we found the session to be. We spent the time experimenting with various techniques that enabled us to deal with a wide range of situations we could easily find ourselves in when dealing with the general public and the differing personalities we find ourselves coming face to face with. Turning a negative situation into a positive one can at times be challenging but it was interesting to note how some small and seemingly minor techniques could be so effective in achieving that reversal.
The consensus of opinion after the session was that it was a useful exercise to have completed and even the most sceptical among us were impressed with the end result.
We would definitely suggest that anyone given the opportunity to be involved in one of these sessions give it a go and see for themselves the benefits that can be reaped.“
